How will I know how to best use the TBR once I receive it?

A new TBR comes complete with a User’s Guide. This will provide you with a set protocol to follow and guide you on how to best utilize the TBR both in in a standing and seated position.

Do I wear shoes when using the TBR?

The TBR is best used by either wearing socks or going barefoot. If you are more comfortable wearing shoes, then soft sole shoes will work fine.

What is the optimal time for standing on the TBR?

It varies from person to person. We suggest you start by using the TBR anywhere from 2-5 minutes in the morning and evening. More time is not always better. Start slow for the changes are very subtle yet powerful. No need to over do it.

Do you have experience with Parkinson’s sufferers using the TBR and have they had positive results? Yes, people with Parkinson’s have been quite pleased with their TBR experience. They have noted an improvement in both their tremors and their walking stability.

Is there a place I can go and try out the TBR?

Will I need to do much to put it together when my TBR arrives?

The TBR comes fully assembled and ready to use. We suggest people double check the springs to make sure they feel secure after being shipped.

I’m a high school athlete who has had their share of injuries. Am I too young to get results from the TBR? All ages benefit from using the TBR. It is a “Total Body Reset”which everyone can benefit from experiencing on a regular basis.

What is the age range or restriction of people who should the TBR? Is it ok for my kids to use it too?

Absolutely, everyone will benefit from using the TBR. Just teach them how to use it properly. One should stand still on the TBR and not jump up and down on the pedals or lean side to side. They should also be gently holding the rails at all times.

I have a very good balance at this point in my life though have had my injuries along the way. Is the TBR a good preventive measure to help keep me strong as the years progress? There is nothing better! It will help keep you strong and functional.

Is there a weight limit for standing on the TBR?

The TBR has been tested to hold someone up to 275 lbs with absolutely no problem.

Is it ok to share the TBR with others or does the TBR get adjusted to my body weight?

It is totally ok to share with others. The TBR does no adjust to a person’s weight. We suggest, if used by various users, you may want to have others use socks for sanitary purposes.

My Mother has had several falls and is getting on in years. Is it too late to help correct the situation?

It is never too late. That is exactly what the TBR is most known for … helping prevent falls.
